Who we are
Crystal Connelly
Crystal is a seasoned retreat facilitator and spiritual director with a deep-seated belief in the power of shared stories and intentional spaces. Her work is guided by the simple yet profound truth that we are not meant to walk alone.
She draws from years of experience in leading groups and individuals toward deeper self-discovery and connection. Through her extensive training in somatic therapies and as a certified Yoga Therapist accredited through the IAYT, she helps others reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom. Crystal is also in the process of completing a Buddhist Chaplaincy program through the UPAYA Zen Center, further deepening her commitment to compassionate care.
For Crystal, every gathering is an opportunity to practice radical hospitality and remember our inherent worth. She’s passionate about creating environments where people feel seen, heard, and truly cherished.
Renee Press
Renee is an artist, a spiritual seeker and a vegan chef dedicated to helping people feel a deeper connection to themselves, each other, and the earth through food and art. As the founder of Fire and Earth Kitchen, she has spent years curating experiences that go beyond the plate, inviting people to discover the healing and transformative power of mindful creation.
As a native New Yorker, Renee's artistic journey began at Pratt Institute, where she honed her skills and developed a unique voice inspired by the world around her, her travels around the world, and her childhood experiences. She sees art and cooking as intertwined practices, both offering a powerful platform for healing and transforming ourselves. She has spent the last five years immersing herself in deep shadow healing, forging her own path through the darkness using art, journaling, ancestral unburdening, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) and most recently, Focusing.
Through her unique perspective, and with great care, she guides others to embrace all of their younger parts. To use their hands and their hearts to create freely, to listen intently, to trust slowly, and to let oneself be nourished and loved.
